This project required huge openings of 5m high and 2.5m wide in each leaf as well as high airtightness and solar control. The proposed solution was Jansen VISS which can develop up to 6m high in a pivoting system and with total airtightness. The glass is Solarban 60 solar protection glass with 20mm air chamber and laminated glass to block UV rays by 99%.

Each glass put in this house is 1 ton.
