This complex located in Polanco, Mexico City, required a high acoustic control of more than 39dB as well as a high airtightness. Artigas Arquitectos was also looking for finishes and colors that were not easy to find.

The Cor Vision Minimalist series with Thermal Break was proposed for the sliding double glazing and laminated glass with Saflex Q® acoustic interlayer to achieve a noise reduction of 41dB and airtightness of 2.6 W/m2/K . These values are rare for sliding doors but were achieved thanks to the elements of Cortizo sliding doors such as the rubbers that replace the usual doormats or brushes.
